What Our Pest Control Visits Cover
Last updated: October 2026
New Jersey Pest Pros provides pest-control work described in the written estimate, service agreement, or appointment confirmation. Depending on the approved plan, that work may include inspecting accessible areas, identifying pest activity, applying or placing control products, and explaining preparation or follow-up steps.
The agreed documents define the target pest, locations, and service limits. Work outside that description, including repairs, exclusion construction, wildlife removal, and treatment of newly identified pests, requires a separate estimate and your approval.
Pesticide work must follow applicable requirements, including N.J.A.C. 7:30, the New Jersey Pesticide Control Code, and FIFRA label directions and use restrictions.
Applicators and businesses must hold applicable NJDEP pesticide applicator business licenses and commercial certifications; structural pest work may require Category 7A certification. Product containers are handled according to their labels.
Regulated pesticide waste is managed under applicable New Jersey hazardous-waste rules. NJDEP, the U.S.
EPA, and, where relevant, the New Jersey Department of Health, Division of Consumer Affairs, and USDA APHIS oversee matters within their authority. These terms do not replace those rules.
Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Visit
Appointments are arranged through New Jersey Pest Pros by phone, email, or another confirmed booking channel. Your confirmation should identify the planned visit and any preparation or access instructions.
Please give the notice stated in that confirmation if you need to cancel or reschedule; if no notice period is stated, contact us as soon as possible. A requested change is not final until we confirm a new time.
Make sure an adult can provide access to the areas included in the agreed service, and tell us about relevant access limits, pets, or safety concerns before work begins. If conditions at the property differ from what was described, or you request treatment for additional pests or areas, we will explain any change in scope and any added charge before proceeding.
We will not treat that extra work as approved unless you agree. Weather, safety concerns, or other operational issues may require us to change an appointment; we will contact you to arrange another time. Any cancellation fee applies only if disclosed and accepted in advance.
How Quotes and Charges Are Handled
An estimate describes the work and price proposed from the information available at the time. It may depend on inspection findings, pest activity, property access, and the areas you ask us to address.
Review the written estimate or service agreement before approving it; the listed work, price, and payment terms govern the order. An estimate is not approval for additional services that were not listed.
Payment is due according to the timing and method stated in your accepted estimate, agreement, or invoice. If those documents do not explain when payment is due, ask New Jersey Pest Pros before the work starts.
We will explain a proposed scope change and any resulting price adjustment and obtain your approval before doing the added work. If we cannot complete some approved work because an area is inaccessible or a safety condition prevents treatment, we will discuss the remaining work and any applicable charge with you. No price or financing offer is created by these terms; only the written amount you accept applies.
What to Expect About Workmanship Coverage
These terms do not create a workmanship warranty, promise a particular result, or set a coverage period. Any warranty or service guarantee applies only if New Jersey Pest Pros gives it to you in writing for the specific service.
That document must state what work is covered, how long coverage lasts, what follow-up is included, and how to request service. Read those limits before accepting the work, and contact us if the written terms are unclear.
Coverage, if offered, may depend on completing required preparation, allowing access for scheduled follow-up, and following written instructions. Changes in pest activity, new infestations, untreated areas, building conditions, or work by another provider may fall outside a stated warranty.
We will assess a request against the written terms rather than assume coverage. Any exclusion or condition must be consistent with applicable law and the specific written promise.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived, or changes pesticide label requirements and applicable New Jersey rules.
Daniel Mercer
Service Expert at New Jersey Pest Pros
I started in pest control around Manahawkin and learned how shore humidity, sandy ground, and changing seasons affect the pests people find at home. I built this company to give New Jersey homeowners clear explanations and treatment plans suited to the problem, from ants and termites to rodents and mosquitoes.
Responsibility and Applicable Limits
New Jersey Pest Pros is responsible for performing approved work with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law. To the extent the law permits, any liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be waived. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or pest activity outside the agreed treatment scope, except where our own conduct makes us responsible under applicable law.
We cannot promise that pests will never return or that treatment will prevent damage unrelated to the work performed. Pesticide use remains subject to N.J.A.C.
7:30, applicable NJDEP licensing and certification requirements, and FIFRA label directions and restrictions. Products and containers must be handled and disposed of as their labels require; regulated pesticide waste is subject to applicable New Jersey hazardous-waste rules.
These terms do not excuse noncompliance with those requirements or reduce any rights available under law.
Questions About These Terms
If you have a question about these terms, an estimate, or an appointment, contact New Jersey Pest Pros at (855) 681-0299 or info@newjerseypestpros.top. Mail may be sent to 712 E Bay Avenue, Suite 5, Manahawkin, NJ, USA.
Include your name, service address, and a brief description of your question so we can direct it to the right person. Do not include sensitive payment information by email.
We may revise these terms when our practices or legal requirements change. The version provided or linked when you request service applies to that transaction unless a later version is expressly accepted or applicable law requires otherwise.
For material updates, we will provide notice through our website, by email, or with service documents, as appropriate. Updates do not retroactively alter a completed service agreement without your consent.
If a provision conflicts with a law that applies to your service, that law controls to the extent of the conflict. Please ask us for the current version before approving new work if you need clarification.
